After Stretching

Description

I think I tried this about 10 times and my result was a small amt. of stretching to avoid the blurriness, even then I find it is still a bit blurry. The origional shot was done in jpeg a few months ago before I switched over to raw format. I didn't have a lot of resolution to work with (72).

For the document size I stretched the image from (W-19 to 20)(H-23.1 to 24.2)
Without using the resample my resolution decreased to 68.7. I bumped the resolution up to 72 for the screen using the bubic smoother.(I tried 180 resolution for the printer but it was much too blurry)
Therefore the Pixel dimentions changed for the 72 resolution(W- 1374 to 1440)(H-1667 to 1747).
The file size increased from 6.5 to 7.2
